Brian Jenkins

As a general practitioner, Brian has developed a broad base of knowledge and experience representing clients in a wide variety of legal matters - both criminal and civil.

Brian began his career representing plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases. His practice gradually expanded to include representing professionals in complex litigation cases. More recently, Brian has further widened his practice to include representing parties in domestic cases and in estate planning matters.

Brian understands that your legal needs are extremely important and time sensitive. He strives to meet his client’s unique needs competently and efficiently by offering a variety of legal services and studying several areas of law. Brian appreciates that a client needs someone who cares about them. He responds to client needs with professionalism. He understands that effective representation requires having honest discussions with clients about objectives and goals. Brian works closely with his clients to develop a strategy for achieving their objectives and goals in consideration of available financial and emotional resources. In addition to high-quality legal services, he also assists clients connect with resources within the community that can help.

Brian strives to maintain a healthy balance between his professional and personal life. He is a husband and father of 4 and loves spending quality time with his family. His interests include all things that keep him mentally and physically active.
